For over a decade, I've worked directly with C-suite leaders, senior investment managers, and high-net-worth individuals across financial services, asset management, and professional services. I've managed the diaries, the inbox, the international travel, the board-level events, the vendor contracts, and the moments where everything needs to happen at once and none of it can go wrong.

I founded Astute Virtual Assistant because I saw a gap: executives and founders who needed senior-level support, not a generalist admin. People who needed someone who understood their world, took full ownership, and could be trusted completely. That's what AVA was built to deliver.

My background in accounting means I'm comfortable in finance-adjacent environments, from compliance paperwork to working closely with finance teams. I'm also bilingual in English and Spanish, which has been invaluable for clients with international operations or Spanish-speaking markets. I hold an IOSH health & safety qualification and Company Secretary certification, which adds another layer of usefulness for clients in regulated or multi-stakeholder environments.
